First of all, thank you for wanting to listen to leaders share their blind spots and best practice tips via this podcast, and for wanting to contribute to others by sharing it!
So what do you want to hear more about, when you think about your top leadership priorities this year?
For example, last year leaders wanted to hear more about practical tips regarding how other leaders were delegating to a remote team, how to effectively conduct performance reviews, and how to maintain their culture in times of crisis. And recently I’ve been asked a lot of questions regarding how to retain key people, how to hire well, and how to effectively resolve conflicts.
I have access to a vast network of successful CEO’s, Board Members, and Investors, and I have experience starting and selling an Inc. 500 Fastest Growing staffing firm and a Best Company to Work for in Texas. In addition, I own a leadership consulting practice, and am a Board Member of various companies that currently include a cyber security firm called Clarity Consulting Corp, and a science based company called Think-X that picks and develops high team performance team members. So I am certainly willing to provide you with the leadership guidance that matters most to you!
And to make it easy for you to tell me what you want to hear more about this year, my team member created a short 1-minute survey; https://HireUniverseLLC.ontraport.com/f/1/216278/4/d16812b1c5e654d38d300cfe5bd02980
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed last week’s 8-minute podcast with Sid Miller, the owner of 4 companies, a recognized cowboy who holds 12 world championship titles, and the Commissioner of the Texas Department of Agriculture. Many leaders who already listened to that episode shared with me how much they benefited from hearing him explain why it’s important to leave some coins on the table and why leaders must know that cows don’t give milk!
Either way, I appreciate you for continuing to lead during these times of crisis, when your leadership is critical and you are likely to get critically judged! So let’s team up as leaders to support one another!
I look forward to hearing what you want as you complete the 1-minute survey now, and then I will adjust the content of my podcast and provide you with valuable – and practical – leadership tips;

Wishing you, your family, and your team a healthy and happy 2022,
Birgit
