After growing up in Switzerland, Grady returned to the US where he studied business and engineering. Right after school, he went out to sea on a submarine where he started his long journey of leadership development and of building high performance teams. A graduate of the University Texas and Harvard Business School, he is committed to life long journey of learning.
During his career Grady has run companies that were publicly traded, private, and private-equity backed. Some of those companies were in manufacturing, others in services, in various states of the country and abroad. In other words, he moved successfully across many business environments and in different countries, relying on sound and sometimes humorous leadership principles to weather the storms.
